Audio Web Access Names Shammy Khan Vice President, Marketing and Business Development.
Dallas, Texas - April. 1, 2002 - Audio Web Access, a leader in innovative media
server solutions, today announced the appointment of Shammy Khan as the company's
new vice president of Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Khan has more than
ten years experience in Operations, Engineering and Marketing. Most recently
Mr.Khan was with Varian Semi-conductor Equipment Associates as a Senior Manager of
Global Product Programs.

Mr. Khan has a B.S. and an M.S. in engineering from University of Southern
