solutions, low to high end. The low-end solutions are targeted towards
small to medium enterprises where as the high send solutions target large

Low-End IVR Solutions:
Unlike most of the IVR solution companies, our main focus is on small to
medium sized IVRs ranging from 4-192 ports configuration. We will work
with our customers in laying out the infrastructure with minimal disruption
to the existing systems. We integrate state-of the art IVR platforms with
leading ASR, TTS, media server, and networking products to provide the most
cost-effective however, comprehensive solutions. We can provide the
integration and installation on-site or remotely.
High-End IVR Solutions:
We deliver medium to large IVRs which can handle anywhere from 1000 to
hundreds of 1000 ports. We partner with leading IVR integration companies
to complement our expertise in providing systems and solutions based on
products from leading vendors such as Edify, Nortel Networks, Syntellect,
Avaya, Intervoice-Brite, and Aspect.
